Terms and Conditions
- *Additional charges will be discussed prior to starting the work if the vehicle requires it.
- Maintenance valets are only subject to vehicles that have had a minimum of a Deep clean service carried out by us to maintain a high standard.
- If you require work outside of a 10 mile radius, please give us a call to arrange for a quote.
- We carry our own spotless water and power however we may need access to an electrical outlet to minimise noise and pollution. Please let us know prior to your appointment if we can gain access to an electrical supply so alternative arrangements can be made.
- We will need the work to be carried out off public roads (ideally a private driveway with access to an electrical outlet)
- Every service is carried out with extra care and attention however we are not liable for any damage on repaired paintwork or interiors by any third party company.
- A 50% deposit is required for any service. After you make a booking online or directly, we will contact you with our account details for a deposit to be paid.
- Deposits are non refundable. Failure to show up or last minute cancellations under 24 hours prior to the appointment may lead to future bookings being automatically denied.
- Any cancellations will incur a 50% charge if a deposit hasn’t been taken.
- Although we are very punctual we cannot help unforeseen circumstances such as traffic jams or accidents; therefore we will not be held accountable for any unforeseen circumstances. If we are late for your appointment we will always contact you to let you know before hand.
- Final checks will be done with you after any service you choose. If there are any issues you require addressing then they will be rectified. Amor will not take any responsibility after the vehicle is handed back.
- Payment must be made either via cash, card, or bank transfer on completion of the work.
